Examination and testing
At your first visit, a thorough and complete medical history of both partners is taken, and previous studies accompanying diseases and risk factors are taken into account. A plan is discussed with the couple and, if necessary, further research.
Initial examinations and tests that may be scheduled include:
- gynecological examination;;
- ultrasound examination;
- hormonal tests;
- spermogram of the spouse / partner ;
- additional tests to establish fertility in the spouse / partner
- microbiology ;
- cytosmear ;
- testing for sexually transmitted infections.
